

Same promise but no confidence in that call to me being made. After repeatedly trying to contact them by phone for days, the latest being today, a promise was made they would call me today, but would not give a time - expecting me to waste another whole day waiting for them to call, and then like before no call would come. The time was with level 2 (4 hours and 2 different techs coming on and off - while sitting in front of PC while techs did a few things including another uninstall reinstall then nothing more in terms of investigating for the next couple of hours. First time was around 2 hours with no resolution: Re and RE the product but same issue.

Since I have been dealing with level 2 on the phone at one point, i should be able to continue with them, but they will not put my calls though to level 2 for some excuse about policy? I have had sessions with level 1 techs where they have remotely connected to my system and I must be present while they do that. This means I am unable to fully ensure my system is secure. The product freezes when doing a full system scan and only way to get out of it is to reboot. They have made countless promises to return a call at specific times but never do although they claim to have done so on more than on occasion. When asking them at what time they called and who the caller was, they have no record of it. At one point they claimed to have called but there is no record of that call received at number I provided them on either my missed call log, calls received log or the phone ever ringing. No follow-up from them and repeated calls from me to them are being ignored in as much as promised return calls that never happen. My case has been with level 2 support since April 8th. Today is day 12 of tech support issue that is not being addressed.
